Changing a product type

Hi

Does anyone know how to successfully change a product type for a listing (own brand listing)?

Amazon automatically changed my browse node to running belt, i got this changed back to Sports & Outdoors›Sports & Outdoor Recreation Accessories›Reflective Gear which is the correct node, as my running vest comes with leds and a water bottle.

Now the product type is wrong and im unable to change this, even via flat file, I was previously selling this as a running vest and now its selling as a hydration pack, im unable to change the product type to running vest. I have a call logged with brand registry 11245852442 but so far they've been unable to make the change.

What can i do? Any support would be appreciated?

Hi all,

Every time I try to upload a flat file I repeatedly get Error Code 20000. The exact message is: We can't access your image at 'xxxxxxx' due to SSL certificate issues. Either fix your server's SSL settings or use Amazon S3 to host your images.

First of all, this link has only been provided once in one of the older uploads and has no relevance to what I am currently uploading.

Secondly, this link is does indeed have an SSL certificate.

Seller Support keep telling me to ensure I have a SSL certificate on my website to enable the link to be viewed. However, as I said this link that I keep getting the error for is not included in my flat file so should have no relevance.

This is happening on every single flat file I upload. Case ID: 11224905112

Would massively appreciate any help on this issue.

I'm Jay from Sharlin Traders. We've been trying to list Cupid Condoms for weeks, following every step as per Amazon's seller policies:

Got category approval

Submitted product photos, invoices & authorization letter

Listed the product as per seller support advice

Yet, after listing, we still see the same "Request Approval" message. Case logs show we're approved, but the system keeps rejecting it.

We've contacted Seller Support multiple times, and while they're helpful, nothing gets resolved.

Honestly, it feels like we’re stuck in a loop with a backend glitch. It's exhausting. We just want to list our approved product.

Please someone help us to resolve.

Ungating Invoices

Hi,

I've just started doing Online Arbitrage and luckily managed to find a few profitable products, I've noticed though I'm gated on all of the brand so need to submit invoices for selling approval.

Is it possible at all that Amazon would accept retail invoices for ungating, I'm struggling to find wholesalers and buy direct from the brands in question but can obtain an invoice for the retailer.

I assume it wouldn't work but just wanted to ask to see if anyone else had been successful.

I am a seller from outside UK, had sent a few units for UK for FBA. We tried applying for VAT but our agent was not able to do so. we gave up. all the inventory is destroyed by amazon and now we have converted our listings to FBM. But not able to reactivate my account. there is no way to reach anyone on amazon. please help

Hello,

We have been experiencing an issue for a while, and we have not been able to get this fixed with seller support.

I am wondering if there is anything else I can do, or anyone we can email to get help and finally fix the technical issues we have been experiencing.

The issue is with some of our listings that have color and size attributes - we update the listings, save the information, ht elisting page looks fine for a day or two, and then a few days later the listing page is messed up again. Additional attributes show up, information not saving..

The issue is with listings for which we are the brand owner. Can someone please point us to someone who can help? This is costing us a lot of time and money.

I urgently need your help/advice.

I am a new seller. First, I need to make sure my account is eligible for the Buy Box.

1. All our products are shipped by FBA.

2. Our products are reasonably priced and lower than similar competitors.

3. Our products are in new condition and in stock.

4. Our listings are of good quality.

5. Our links have added brand links and are eligible for UPC exemption.

Since May 26, all my listings are missing the Buy Box.

All my products are shipped by Amazon FBA, which meets the necessary conditions for Buy Box eligibility. How can I get the Buy Box/Featured products back?

I have successfully won the Buy Box for the following ASINs:

However, despite holding the Buy Box, I haven’t received a single sale so far. These ASINs have a history of good sales performance, and other sellers are currently also seeing sales on them.

I kindly request you to review and investigate this issue, as everything appears to be in order from my end. Your support in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
