Listing issue Showing "Request Approval"
I'm Jay from Sharlin Traders. We've been trying to list Cupid Condoms for weeks, following every step as per Amazon's seller policies:
Got category approval
Submitted product photos, invoices & authorization letter
Listed the product as per seller support advice
Yet, after listing, we still see the same "Request Approval" message. Case logs show we're approved, but the system keeps rejecting it.
We've contacted Seller Support multiple times, and while they're helpful, nothing gets resolved.
Honestly, it feels like we’re stuck in a loop with a backend glitch. It's exhausting. We just want to list our approved product.
Please someone help us to resolve.
