I urgently need your help

Hi @Spencer_Amazon

I urgently need your help/advice.

I am a new seller. First, I need to make sure my account is eligible for the Buy Box.

1. All our products are shipped by FBA.

2. Our products are reasonably priced and lower than similar competitors.

3. Our products are in new condition and in stock.

4. Our listings are of good quality.

5. Our links have added brand links and are eligible for UPC exemption.

Since May 26, all my listings are missing the Buy Box.

All my products are shipped by Amazon FBA, which meets the necessary conditions for Buy Box eligibility. How can I get the Buy Box/Featured products back?

Here are a few ASINs I'm having issues with:

B0DHWZP74V

You haven't tagged the mod correctly so wont see this - however the mods have requested that all buy box queries go onto the mega thread already started as they won't respond to individual queries about this.

Have a search on the forum.

As a new seller then you need a proven sales history before you get the Buy Box, though that might not apply to FBA ? - I'm not sure as I don't do FBA.

As above reply - to tag a mod you need to start typing their name then select from the dropdown, to be highlighted in blue. Also - search MEGATHREAD and add your ASINs to that thread.

Lost Buy Box (Featured Offer) MEGATHREAD

In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.

Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.

Here are two articles regarding the Buy Box / Featured Offer.

I have shared your ASINs with the Buy Box team. Please continue posting on the MEGATHREAD.
