Dear Amazon Seller Community,

We are facing an issue during the KYC verification process, where our Wise account is not being accepted, despite the fact that Wise is accepted as a deposit method on Amazon.

We submitted all required documents, but our verification was rejected without a clear explanation. We would appreciate insights from sellers or Amazon representatives regarding the possible reasons for this rejection and the best steps to resolve the issue.

- Has anyone else experienced this with Wise during KYC verification?

- What documents would Amazon require to validate a Wise account successfully?

- If Wise is an approved deposit method, why would it not be accepted for KYC verification?

Any guidance or shared experiences would be incredibly helpful. Looking forward to your advice!

Amazon systems not allowing banking update

Don't know how many others have experienced this. Amazon has asked us to update banking but when we click on any of the options: add bank account, manage or assign an account we get sent to an authorization screen that says an authorization has been sent to my phone. If the code comes there is nowhere to enter it. There is no link in the message with the code and no place on the authenticate screen for the code.

For this reason we are unable to do the very things Amazon is telling us to do. Not the first time for this and other issues similar to this. The problem is I can waster an incredible amount of time. And I mean 30 + hours trying to get someone to fix the problem but no luck....

Changing Ltd Company Address

We will soon be moving home, and my LTD is registered at my home address. I will of course be changing the LTD address with HMRC, Companies House, VAT and all of that, as well as changing the address on my business bank account, the one linked with Amazon for charges and disbursements.

I realise when i change the business address and registered persons address within seller central that I will be asked to re-verify and will be asked for supporting documents. I am hoping someone who has just been through the same exact process of changing LTD company address to a different residential address an help me - which documents were requested of you?

I'm assuming business bank account statement with new address. But as its a residential address obviously any bills (electricity, gas etc) will be in my name, not my LTD name. so were you asked for a utility bill and if so how on earth do you give Amazon one of those?

Did you get asked for any certificate from Companies House to show your address? I know I can order one of these so could do so in advance if you've been asked for something like this?

Basically this should be simple but I obviously need to pre-empt something unusual being asked for, you know how it goes!

Verify Establishment for Value Added Tax (VAT)

Amazon have had my account pending since March 2025.

I have provided them with everything and there's still no progress on the verification.

First:

They deactivated my FBA listings unprovoked. They made my disbursements fail.

Second:

I lost out on sales for mothers day week which Amazon will NEVER reimburse me for.

Around first week of April, I went through a business address verification and my FBA listings went live again and disbursements were available.

I requested a disbursement on the 3rd of April. That payment has now gone missing as it never came to my bank account and it didn't come back to my seller account.

I have emailed kyc-drtax-verification@amazon.co.uk, Vatsubmit@amazon.com with no solution except 'wait'.

There's no explanation as to where my money has gone, the laugh of this is that I missed a VAT deadline for payment with HMRC because amazon are withholding my funds from me.

I have now emailed managingdirector@amazon.co.uk for this to get speeded up now as I've lost patience.

The only thing left to give amazon is a blood test, I'm this 🤏 close emailing them it.

Can the amazon mods on here help me?

What actually constitutes Merchant Fees & FBA Fees?

Hello,

I'm trying to calculate a true profit figure for each month but have a lot of confusion about merchant & FBA fees.

In my tax document library, merchant and FBA fees are the two main things listed.

Can anyone provide a breakdown of what these two actually cover?

I know advertising is separate but ideally I need to know which of the following are covered in these two things:

Referral Fees

FBA Fees

Digital Tax Fees

Refunds

Subscription Fees

Inbound Transportation Fees

Long-term Storage Fees

Storage Fees

Disposal Fees

Inventory Reimbursements

I don't know whether I am taking them off my profit figure twice or if they have already been included in the tax document library documents.

Hoping someone can shed some light on this please!

Hi everyone,

I recently opened my Amazon Seller account just a few days ago, and I’m suddenly facing a confusing and stressful situation.

Out of nowhere, I received 9 emails all at once from Amazon, starting with:

“Your Selling on Amazon account is undergoing a legal entity transfer”, saying I’ve been identified as the new legal entity and need to complete verification.

the following emails say, each separate and sent at once:

-Payments suspended – credit card update needed

-Your bank account has been updated successfully

-And then 6 more emails in different languages.

Now when I try to log into my account, it says “invalid charge method”, and any page I click (help, settings, anything) just leads to an error page!

it specifically says:

"This page isn’t working

sellercentral.amazon.co.uk redirected you too many times.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"

and the URL always ends up on: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/mario/compliance/legal-entity-change/regional

Has anyone experienced this? What should I do? I have deleted my cookies but that hasnt made a difference, i have also tried logging in from other devices

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏

*note: i've only managed to succeed in reaching the forum page by somehow opening the US page

Urgently need help!

Has anyone here had any problems with a "This page isn't working" message on seller central? Earlier, i went to transfer my account from sole trader to an LTD company and it showed the first page...but then crashed and now just gives me that message. I can't access any of the pages on there now. Cant change charge method, can't access the "Help" bit. I've contacted the main amazon site support, but they're saying to wait 24 hours. I have no faith this will be fixed. It also keeops telling me

" Invalid Charge Method

You must update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to this seller account.

View Charge Method"

I click to view the charge method... "This page isn't working"

I'm so defeated. I've just set everything up, paid for the account, business bank account everything... please someone help me.

It would be MUCH appreciated

Hello,

I started my Amazon account using an existing company I have to see if I would be accepted to sell on Amazon first. I then opened another company specifically for the Amazon business. I reached out to Seller Support and asked for their permission to update my account details with the new company's details. They advised that I can only do it via account transfer into the new legal entity, they even shared the link to it.

I initiated the process but everything stopped at once, even before I entered the new company's details. I am now unable to proceed further, or go backwords. I cannot access my account or my inventory, The only thing I can see is "invalid Charge Method" message, and when I click on it, it takes me to an Error message.

I reached out to the support team, they are now saying that they cannot find my account using the email I provided. That is the only email associated with my account and the only email I ever used for the account. It is been a week now and I am struggling to solve the issue. Any advice would be much appreciated. Is there any contact number, or complaint procedure to escalate this issue?? Thank you

Key metrics in UK market are not available.

Hello all!

I am a secondary user of amazon professional selling account. This is a new account and i have been given permission to manage this account. I have total of 17 marketplaces active and all are working fine except the UK market. The metrics in menu options are limited although i have been given the necessary permissions. The source market is also UK and business is registered there. Please help me sort this out as we still could not start listing due to this error.

Hi All, Can anyone please help. We are UK limited company and are VAT registred in UK. I want to register for VAT service for UK on tax settings page, but it keeps giving error: the page is asking for 3 fields

Citizen ID: Does anyone knows what is this; is this UTR of Limited company or UTR of Director of Ltd company;

Business Registration Number: Is this company registration number that is visible on companies house main page or is this UTR of limited company. It gives error if i input company registration number

VAT/GST Registration Number: This field automatically adds GB in front of it wherein my VAT registration number received few months back has no GB in it

I tried with Citizen id as Director UTR, Business Registration as Ltd Company UTR, VAT registration with and without GB. but this page gives error i.e. Invalid VAT/GST registration number

any guidance on these please
