WHY BUY BOX GOİNG
Hello,
I’ve been actively selling on Amazon for several months, but I’ve noticed that my store is not receiving the Buy Box at all, despite maintaining acceptable metrics in many areas.
As you can see from the attached account health overview:
• My Order Defect Rate is 2.5% (due to a single negative feedback)
• I have 0 A-to-Z claims, 0 chargebacks, and 100% tracking rate
• There are no critical safety or authenticity issues
What’s even more confusing is that my spouse’s store, with a higher ODR (around 3.5%), is consistently getting the Buy Box — while I am not, even on the same listings.
I would sincerely appreciate if the Buy Box suppression on my account could be reviewed.

Is there honestly nothing that jumps out there?
Your ODR is over 1%
Your Late Despatch Rate is over 4% (granted its 1 order again)
But you have a bigger problem in policy compliance. Your account health is at 192 which puts it at risk. You need to deal with all those policy violations.
