HI, I have noticed the Best selling rankings have disappered from a lot of products on the product listign page, we use this to monitor performance, Has anyone else noticed this.

Often happens if your products lose their browse node. This then causes your BSR to be lost as Amazon do not know what category your products are in.
Check that your products have browse nodes as a first step.
Mine are showing okay so it is less likely to be a global issue more likely something specific to you

Yes, we're experiencing the same issue. We've already opened a case with Amazon support to look into it.

they know exactly what they have done and expect us to fix each asin one by on
incompetence in it depts is not uncommon but this is clear meddling and once again takes us away from growing our business. Amazon you are total c u next tuesday

This is the same for us as well its happened to all of our products, let me know f you find a solution, also for some reason we had a featured offer of 99% then the yesterday it went to 62% and today its 87% there is something clearly wrong with the system as all our items are bespoke and exclusive so no one else even has a offer on any of our listings

I've just checked a few of my listings and have no ranking either.
I have literally only had 1 sale in the last 3 weeks and my featured offer went to 0 the other day after selling an item. That item has no ranking on it either. I checked the browse node was set correctly and it;s on the same one it's been on since 2022 GUILD jewellery drop and dangle earrings. I really don't know what's going on here or how to fix it.
