Hi,

I have 1 ASIN which Amazon says in ineligible for Subscribe and Save. All my ASINs are supplements / FBA. Most were set up as FBA. But this one ASIN was initially set up as FBM. It had a few FBM sales and was auto-enrolled to S&S. I then transferred it to FBA. However, the S&S screen, it is showing as Fulfilled by Merchant and inactive for Subscribe and Save.

If I search the ASIN in "Check Subscribe & Save eligibility for FBA products", I get "The SKU is not eligible and is not currently enrolled in Subscribe & Save. It cannot acquire new subscriptions." The back end seems to think the product is still FBM for the purposes of S&S (I think)

Spoke to seller support and they said I just have to wait for it to be re-enrolled. But it's been months now and I'm losing sales and having to pay higher ad costs.

Any ideas would be really gratefully received
