Malicious attacks from competitors
I am a British website seller. I sell products on the British website, but I was maliciously attacked by my competitors. The detailed questions are as follows:
My asin: B0F9XW9RXH and B0F9XVV8S6 are newly released this year and were shipped to Amazon warehouses on May 27, 2025. On June 23, 2025, Amazon began to receive inventory and did not issue an order during the pre-sale period. However, on June 8, 2025, these two asin received one-star negative reviews from the same buyer (not certified by purchase). So we checked the buyer's profile, where all the reviews were 5-star reviews and were not certified for purchase, which was obviously a competitor's malicious manipulation of comments, trying to harm our business! This seriously violates the standard of fair competition on Amazon platform. Please check it with relevant departments! The specific comment information is as follows:

Coincidentally, our other variant product asin: B0F2MWHHKH also received two one-star negative reviews on June 8, 2025, but it was not purchased. Check out the profiles of these two buyers, and they are all 5-star reviews and are all reviews that have not purchased certification! Competitors try to harm other people's business by manipulating comments, so please crack down on the platform!

You need to edit your post and remove all names and profile links of the reviewers. It is against forum guidelines to post that sort of personal information.

But you aren't reporting them to Amazon on here. This is just the sellers' forum, which is public and goes out to Google - so anyone can see what you have posted, including the people you have named.
Instead, report to Amazon Seller Support using the Help link at the top

The forum is for all registered Amazon sellers. Many users will respond to your post, some may suggest helpful advice, and others may share their opinion, which you may not like. This is how we help each other, where Amazon could not help.

Unfortunately this is common practise across all Amazon categories, we had the same issue. We managed to trace the person attacking our listings, he was a director of a company for a competitor of the same product on amazon.
Report it to Amazon, its the best you can do. I wouldn't hold your breath though, they didn't take it seriously from us.

Your problem is legitimate and your frustrations justifiable.
There are many sellers around who are pathetic. Instead of being creative and focusing on targeted marketing and excellent customer service, they would attempt to cause harm to other sellers' sales. Naturally they are not very bright, probably their own goods or businesses' don't stand on its own due to inefficiency or poor quality.
Have you reported it to amazon. I believe there is some feature to do this, sorry I don't know but some seller may wander in to help you with a constructive response. Good Luck.
