Fbm lost returns

discussion.RE returns

I have had a few returns that have not showed up and have been lost either by Royal Mail or Evri.

Customer has been refunded on first Scan. Returns label automatically gets generated by Amazon for Customer although I pay for the returns label.

I have tried to open a safety claim but it gets denied and Amazon say I should contact the carrier, Royal Mail and Evri will not handle the claim as they say Amazon is considered the sender and only they can claim .

How can I get compensation for these lost returns I am hitting a brick wall!

We have successfully claimed from Evri for missing return parcels, however they are only covered up to the £20 and you cannot claim for postage. If in doubt contact an Evri account manager who should be able to help.

No issue (yet) with Royal Mail so not sure about these.

I have claimed with Royal Mail okay.

If you go to their claims page you can select that it is a Marketplace Return that you are claiming for and provide the details....they are though are fairly slow with decisions on some items.

As per amazons terms - you must claim for lost returns through the prepaid return level via the courier.

If you don't have an Evri account manager - this might be more difficult as Evri often state the label is in amazons name and they must claim. It is also a similar issue on Royal Mail.
