I've dabbled with Amazon Ads for a few months and I generally spent about half what the sales bring in. I've just checked today and my £30 daily spend has spent £55 (not even sure how that's possible) and my ads are now costing more than the sales they are bringing in. This has never happened to me before and my ROAS has completely tanked.

Has there been a change recently? Sales across FBA and FBM have been extremely down too. Usually around £500-£1500 sales a day and for the first time since we started on Amazon, we've actually had completely ZERO sales days.

Luckily we sell more on other platforms but it's very odd and feels extremely sudden.

How to breakout of fee hell

Example : I made £100 yesterday selling on Amazon. I sell dog poo bag rolls. With a ROAS 3.24. Yay me. However, Amazon will take 45% in fulfilment fees. So I'm left with £65 To get the £100 of sales I need to spend £30 on advertising so I end up with £35

If I extrapolate this over the quantity I need to sell then I make less than what it cost to buy the product in the 1st place. I bought 1500 units

I would make £5k in profit and it cost me £8k to buy the product wholesale

Do you work on ROAS to increase it? I can't reduce Amazon fees as most are postage cost. So what am I missing. How do people break through to make more money to buy in bigger quantities to sell more?

Hi does anyone have any advise how to up my sales please? I had the account seller manager call me to ask why there is no activity. When explaining its hard to work out how best to navigate sales.. all I got back was ok Will send you a link. The link was in regards to how i think the account manager did on the call? Finding it very hard to up sales.. i have had 3 sales since starting a month ago? I post item myself as only a small business. Thank you

Have been trying to apply multiple times (11591636302 case id) using invoices from different official distributors, wholesalers and even versace themselves.

Got multiple replies from: cannot verify transaction, we cannot accept pro forma invoices but this one is the best - NO - Without a reason.

Is that how seller support is going to treat us? Just no because no? Running amazon store recent months has been more and more challenging however this is getting out of hand in my opinion of what is happening recently.

Can someone please look into this?

Logged in today and seller central homepage has changed yet again. There used to be all the std crap and then lists of the important stuff underneath such as accessing you inventory etc, The list part has now dissapeared any ideas on how i get it back.
